DVD's MUST BE UNOPENED, with the original plastic shrink wrap intact. Please email addodcustservice@aol.com for a return authorization number. Write your authorization number on your packing slip. You must include a copy of the packing slip, with the authorization number, with your return. We reserve the right to not accept returns that are in poor condition, do not have a return authorization number, or are not accompanied by a packing slip.
