Danica McKellar

A student of yoga for six years and meditation for 15 years, Danica McKellar has found that these techniques help her to find calmness and energy in the midst of her especially busy schedule. Even with heavy constraints on her time, Danica manages to practice yoga and meditation for at least 20 or 30 minutes each day. Christy Marsden
Christy Marsden, a certified yoga instructor and owner of the Yoga Blend studio in Burbank, California, has studied with renowned Iyengar, Ashtanga, Jivamukti and Vinyasa teachers throughout the years. To deepen her study, Christy attended the 16 day White Lotus teachers training and a seven-day teacher training with the renowned Shiva Rea. Christy's knowledge of how to use yoga to benefit the mind and body's well-being shines through in the yoga segments she designed for Danica in Daily Dose of Dharma.
